FMS2 Beta 6 - Unable to see Radio Tx

I am running Beta 6 version as running anything later i.e. Version 7 or 8 crashes my PC.

The problem I have is that in the controls tab I can only see Joystick and Keyboard and the option for Radio Transmitter doesn't appear.

Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it???

Any help would be appreciated.
