Look at the transmitter output with the virtual scope (ref Diagnostic tools under Windows version => Errors,...)
If you see a stable signal, and one of the widths is varying slowly when you slowly move a stick, it's PPM.
You can further check this PPM with the audio input of Analyser31.exe if you wish to identify your channels.
Anyway, tell the result, and you will find PPJoy specialists to help you further..
I don't know this cable. It could help if you tell us what the PC-end looks like.
