You don't say what video card you have. This is a 3D application using DirectX 9. Your 125Mhz Pentium will have a tough time keeping up. Most folks recommend a 400Mhz to 600Mhz machine with a good 3D card. 3D cards can be had for about $30 - $50 for good ones these days.
If you have a 3D card, give it a try. You may want to try the DOS version first. I think it's requirements are less but I have no 1st hand experience with it.
Another thing you might try is to reduce colors and make the models simpler by reducing the polygon count with Metasequoia. I do that on my older laptop so I can get an OK frame rate without using a 3D card.
