Roman,
I've now verified a problem which I believe others have mentioned that the plane controls get jammed, i.e. they will not move, when you initialize a model with the wind option turned on and do not point the plane toward the wind source.
If I let the plane take off straight ahead with wind to the right, the rudder will not function.
This could be an issue with rudder and/or wheels transitioning from a start into a wheel up for a tail dragger.
If I immediately point the plane into the wind before the tail lifts up, the plane flys fine. If the tail lifts up first, the rudder seems disabled.
So maybe this is not wind related but perhaps directly related to a steerable wheel leaving the ground on the same channel as the rudder.
Worth checking into.
Let me know if you want the model file to verify.
