Help!!... No Throttle!!!! - No Throttle

System: ver 7 B , Win2000, PC gaming joystick.
Throttle used to work, but stopped functioning.
It is setup under controls as "g" and "b" , but these buttons now do nothing.

I found my problem... several conflicting, duplicated keyboard control input settings.
