Looks good. but I would add some permanent text that tells the people what they will find there...
The blinking URL does only show people who know FMS what they could find there... You know, if you don't want to adress only the "hard-core-FMS-user" you have to put somthing in there for the normal users...

Is there something I missed?
Why does everyone now create banners to their FMS pages??? :p
I just put my weblink into google and got 20-30 hits per day - thats enough for me...

if i had a site id have a banner...i think it looks better
