Your program is being sold on Ebay and Iâ€™m guessing without your permission.
I am writing because this seller has recently stolen my product and is now selling it without my permission. She even had the audacity to steal some of my HTML.

So, you may quickly and painlessly put an end to her theft by checking her auction to be sure if it is your program and then contact the ebay VERO section of ebay, letting them know she doesnâ€™t has your permission. Ebay will shut her operation down (at least that auction). By law, she owes you thousands of dollars for copyright infringement. It becomes a felony after the sale of 10 copies.

Anyway, this is your prerogative. But I thought you should know, because the only person that should be making money from these programs is you.

This sickens me! Some people just cant wait to screw someone (FMS devs included) over. Hope you guys get this one shut down.

Yeah, do that 10 times and you eran over $100 and have the money ready to buy a commercial FS. :angry:

By my calculations he would need to sell at least 45 - 50 at those prices, after taking out his costs to make $100. Better off making and selling the interface and giving the software away with it. Perhaps he is no good with electronics.

Also I am not saying what he is doing is right, but I can not see Ebay doing anything about it they are making money from him. I reported pirate DVDs once, as I work in cinema industry and they did nothing about it.

Just recently a friend of mine made a highpoly game model and released it to the public domain as a freebie. Sure enough, didn't take long till someone was selling it for $50 dollars a pop.

I am wondering what the buyers thought when later they found out they should have recieved it for free?
