Using TX with heli's - Calibrating TX for use with Helicopters

Hi all,

Last night put tried using my TX with FMS, calibrated it and the plane flying is brilliant. Unfortunately trying to fly helicopters and they don't get off the ground. (Fly OK from the keyboard). I don't normally fly helies so I don't know if I have to set my TX up differently, or maybe even have to use a heli TX.

Any suggestions or basic info greatly appreciated

For helicopters, you must map your channels to the botton four mappings (Tail, Nick, Roll, Pitch).

You only need to do this once, as FMS will use the bottom four automatically when a chopper is selected, and the top four if a plane is selected.

Remember to turn off all the usual mixes when setting up for a sim, you don't need them. Tried settin up with my real-heli settings and found that one out quite fast
