Can not re-install - I can not re-install after uninstallatio

??? Hi, I have a problem with installation after I'd uninstalled FMS because of a new update windows system. I tried to install in again from downloading file from website but my computer always warned me about some FMS version in my somputer and need to uninstall it before setup new FMS. I checked in my add/remove program in control panel but didn't find any FMS name in stalled list. Can anyone help me? Please...!!!
