I think it is, although I've found it to be difficult. Having not yet flown the real thing (I've just finished building a Raptor) I'm not sure whether I'm doing it correctly, but I basically fly as high as it will go and then throttle almost completely down. Pitch the heli forwards so it does a near nose-dive to the ground, then pull back when very close. Hopefully will good timing it will land without too much of a bump. I think when the throttle is down the blades are in negative pitch (for inverted flight), but with enough forward momentum you can pull it back so that it doesn't slam into the ground.
