Simulation speed - Flying speeds seem to high

On a 1.9khz Windows XP machine I find that the simulation rate is too fast. Is it possible to slow the simulation rate ?

try reducing your graphic/video hardware accelration.

I am using FSM 2.0 Beta7.
I have a speed problem that isn’t mentioned and that is that my control stick only controls from half to full speed. To stop the motor to land I have to press the H key and juggle the approached with one hand. I have no control under half speed at all.
Brilliant otherwise, !0 out of 10.
