Beta 7 works but Alpha 8.5 will not open. Shuts down as soon as it is opening.
Any help would be just simply great.

Check out the sticky posts on the "Windows Version" section of the forum.
You're probably having all the typical problems including eComport.
If you continue to have problems, ask questions in the Windows Version section and try to provide as much detail as possible.
