Want to Learn about Creating FMS Models

I am 55 years old, been flying model Airplanes since 1962 I was 9 years old (CL). Started RC in 1974, RC Helicopters in 1990. I built a Experimental Aircraft in 1998 and earned my Pilots License. I can fly just about anything out there!
I have two versions of Real Flight, and FMS is about as good as it gets! Can someone link me to info on how to read the par files. I under stand the stuff like on the Helicopter par files the settings 1 thru 27. But that stuff below it is confusing! So is there some info that explains what it all is and how it affects the aircraft. I have made a few adjustments such as expo rates.
Also, I need info on how to create models for FMS. I want to share some of my models that I have designed with you guys. I have some great flying models! I haven't built a kit in 10 years! I am a Scratch Builder
