Access Violation Installing Landscapes

I downloaded & installed a few of the Rekvin Landcapes but was unable to get them to work.

After extracting the zip files into the FMS/Landscapes program folder, I see the .scn files alright so they appear to be installed OK.

However, when I try to Load those Rekvin .scn files using the FMS Landscape menu; I get an "Access Violation @address00346077 in module 'coldlet dll' read address of FFFFFFF9". FMS locks up & the PC has to be restarted to get it working again.

What's wrong here & how can I fix it?
