Is it just me or are the helichopter model controls all messed up??

It's probably just you.....or at least you need to give more details. "All messed up" is not really enough to diagnose a problem.
What heli ? What channels are the heli controls set to in mapping/calibration (bottom 4 controls on LH side) ? What is happening that you don't like ?

Thank you for your reply. I understand what my problem was the mapping for the helis was not setup. Now its setup and all is good thank you again for your assistance.
