They have installed it fine and can play the game by using the keyboard keys.
But, when they try and set up the controller.
It has no effect whatsoever, they have changed the settings so that it looks in the correct port (COM1) but the blue bars stay still when they move them.
I have had a look at it and tryed installing the hardware manually and it comes up with something like "Windows cannot install the hardware properly because of missing files".
I was just wondering if you could help me and them out.
P.S the computer is on XP Home, 128 Ram and is 1.01 Ghz. Not that this will make any difference as it runs fine with the keyboard keys.
