Heli control problems

I'm using a Hitech Eclipse 7 tx connected via a usb port. I've calibrated the controls which all work perfectly with the planes. However when I try the helis the throttle / rudder stick doesn't work as expected, left rudder seems to give throttle increase. I've tried changing the control numbers in the calibration set up, but that doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Check your channel settings: is this what you have done?
Put same channel numbers, as follows
Aileron-> Roll
Elevator->Nick
Throttle->Pitch
Rudder-> A/C

I assume you are using the same transmitter settings as for the aircraft, and that you did not switch to an heli model? If you have, go back to the aircraft model in your tx, and it will probably work.
