How to CONNECT transmitter and interface - Futaba connect through game port

I just received the Futaba Skysport 4 FM radio and JSIMJoystick Simulator Interface Module. What are the correct steps/procedures of how to connect these hardware together? Please HELP!!!!

1. connect the simjoy interface to your interface port.
2. Set up a 4 axis joystick device in your operatting system (setup ---> joystick)
3. Start FMS
4. Select Controlls ---> Analog controller --> Joystick.
5. Calibrate the joystick and assign the chanels.
6. Have fun flying with FMS.
