Flight realism - Rudder characteristics

This one really good simulator!
My only bad observation on flight characteristics is with rudder.
By increasing the rudder deflection in the *.par file, yaw increases, but the model still falls out of the sky, there is no way to knife edge, slow roll or point roll accuratly.
If this was improved in the next version, it would be worth paying for.

I agree...the whole point of a simulator is to practice difficult move...rolling circle..etc Rudder performance or may proper effect of c.g placement is required.

IMHO it's not a matter of rudder effectiveness.
The fuselage does not create lift.

If you want the fuselage to generate lift in knife edge, just add a lifting surface to that plane and give it a wing's POLAR. That's not too hard to do. We usually just add a vertically oriented fuselage to the .par file as per all the examples that came with alpha 8. You can change that pretty easily.

Alpha 8's .par file has a lot of unexplored territory and I've yet to figure out the innerds of the POLAR's yet. So you want lift in both standard and knife edge, put it in there.
