Scenery, any Explanation?

Please, is there any workshop or so where the parameters of the .scn file are explained?
In German Forum is a short workshop, but wihtout any explantions.
Especially I am interested in this :

TEXTURE TestTree TRANSPARENT
POSITION -100 -100 2.4
256 256 -3 0 0
0 256 3 0 0
0 0 3 0 6
256 0 -3 0 6
256 0 -3 0 6

The first 2 lines are more or less clear to me (x,y,z), but the rest?

This is the original of the German Workshop.
Unfortunately also here no explanation at all about the meaning of this bunch of numbers.
