G'day there everyone,

After my brother-in-law crashed our GWS park flier many times I decided we needed a simulator to practice on.

After looking around the net for a while I stumbled on FMS. What an incredible piece of software. Very well done to the developers. I might even look into sending a donation. Thank you so much for making such great software freely available.

I first used the joystick to control, but questioned the training value, so proceeded to use our JR XF631 radio.

I am using the SmartPropo software

Very clever software. After a little fiddling it works like a charm.

For those interested my relevant system specs are:

Windows 2000
Sound Blaster PCI card
JR XF631
Used the JR PPM DLL for FMS.

I'm very happy. I can't wait to get out of bed in the morning (it's after midnight) and start practicing and looking at what other models I can download.
