FMS on MacMini 10.6 under XP Parallels Desktop v5

I run a MacMini, Mac 10.6 (Leopard) and XP under Paralles Desktop 5. After installation FMS (Flug-Modell-Simulator Version 2.0 Alpha 8.5 Multiplex Edition 2) crashes with the following error information:
AppName: fms.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 00012aeb

What is the problem? How can I start FMS to run under the given HW and SW? Any hint is highly appreciated!

There are known errors with FMS on Windows OS's.

FMS 2 alpha 8.5 needs to have a COMx port defined in the Windows registry, either physical or virtual.

It also needs the Directx d3drm.dll for WinVista and WIn7.

I would guess the Mac running Windows would need the same stuff.

I do not own a Mac or have familiarity with parallels. Has anyone else made FMS work within a VM?
