winmm.dll error

when i try to open FMS i get the following error.
Exception EAccessViolation in module winmm.dll at 00003BB7. Access violation at address 10003BB7 in module "winmm.dll". Read of address 0000046C.

any help apreciated. I had not used beta 7 for awhile and when i tried i recied this error. i uninstalled and installed the new version and recieved the same message.

Are you using SmartPropoPlus? Version number?

Start Philippe's . Moving your sticks will be reflected in the behaviour of the thermometer bars.
Now, keeping the thermometer on, start FMS. The thermometer should continue to follow your stick movements. Are we OK so far?

Yes sir the thermometer still works with FMS open.

Good. This means that SPP did not redirected the input.
Now, make sure you have selected PPM (Generic) and Auto-detect.
SPP is ready. Click on hide button.

Just before you start calibrating FMS, let's double check that SPP is loaded:
In FMS, select menu Controls->Analog Control...->Ressources Can you see that SPP 3.3.2 is loaded under Joystick1? Move your transmitter's sticks. Do the blue bars move accordingly?

You can now start calibrating FMS.

it shows SSP 3.3.2
number of axis = 6
state is active

all the bars are solid blue and the movement of the sticks have no effect on any blue bar.

Strange.
So, at this point the thermometer reacts to the sticks while the blue bars don't - all at the same time.
I'd try to calibrate anyhow.
If still in does not work, please send me a WAV file that records the movement of the sticks (one by one).

i have tried to send the wave files three diffeerent times and i get a message back that says your mail box is full. What next?

Sorry to butt in, Shaul/Wes. Hope you guys keep this thread up with your findings as Wes's symptoms are exactly the same as I have with my friend. Every thing works great except for the last bit!!
