help needed - my own driver

hello everyone , i need your help, it's really important for me
i'm doing my final project (senior project) about FMS, my project it's all about how to build a driver for R/C to control FMS.. i know how to read from the serial port which is part of the project but the big problem i'm facing is that how to link or make my own driver works on FMS and control it by R/C, by the way i'm using Java..... any help
