Can't load 7.5.1. Coldet.dll missing

I tried to load the alpha version on my Sony PPCG-GR390 Laptop (1.2 GHz PIII, with ATI mobility Radeon-D with 32 MB DDR SDRAM, 512 MB RAM) and I get the message, "The application hass failed to start because coldet.dll was not found. Re-installing the applicaton may fix this problem." REinstalling did not help.

I searched for the file on the HD and on the CD for Windows XP professional, but I could not find it.

Any ideas?
