landscape and aircraft builder/creator for FMS

Is There any easy to use aircraft and/or landscape creation program? I know there are lots of them that are out there but I find them very difficult to use and understand. we need a refined program to create aircraft and landscapes. is there any out there that i have not come across? I would be nice if someone could develop something like that. I would make one myself but I do not have that kind of computor experience.
