Maybe you've heard this already or you're already busy with some of it (I don't know if you are still working on a new version) but I have some suggestions: retractable gear, flaps, air breaks (spoilers) & wheel brakes for shorter landings, lights on your plane & option to fly in the dark (nightflying is very cool and its useful to practise dangerous things like
).
Another one: maybe a small window in the full screen window with an onboard camera, for those who want to practise lining up with the runway for landing purposes
