I bought an E-sky USB-controller, it had FMS bundled. The reason I bought it is that I am going to buy a real RC-heli as soon as I can afford it. As it looks now it wil be an E-sky Honey bee king II.
Is there any big differences in handling on the simulator and the real thing that I should know about? I am using the model called new_cp1 as people here say it actually is a model of the Honey bee king II.
I suggest that you should have a page describing what differences you get between FMS and real RC helicopters of different models, to avoid unpleasant surprices.
So far FMS has been real usefull for getting the hang of mirroring your commands when flying towards yourself. I have a feeling this program will save me a small fortune in spare parts. I have also learnt that you should allways keep the helicopter close enough to see what way it is pointing... But I have not quite gotten the hang of stopping the helicopter after it has gained momentum yet...
