FMS windows 2000 - Problem with windows 2000

I recently got a new computer with windows 2000. My JR radio and interface cord worked fine with mellinium edition on my old computer. I down loaded the FMS program but can't get my transmitter to work on my computer now. When I go into analog and highlight paralell 32 I can't get it to go to configure stick movements. Calibration won't highlight. I have the cable that plugs into the printer port.

Windows 95/98/Me communicate with the parallel port differiently than Windows 2000/XP. You can not use the parallel port interface with Windows 2000/XP.

There's a driver called PPJoy that you can use to convert the parallel interface to a Win2K/XP joystick. Here's a to how to use PPJoy.
