Hey guys... i am trying to build the RC to Joystick cable that is shown on the russian version of this site. I need someone to translate the page for me. Here is the initial page, but i am more worried about the readme file that you can download. will anyone help me???

Ehhh....a bit rough....but here it is.
Practically all modelers heard about this useful thing as the flying model simulators (however, not only flying model), which economize the mass of models and time and even money with the instruction in piloting or the sharpening of craftsmanship. One misfortune - they by themselves expensively stand in these simulators, on top of that are used exotic controllers for the connection/communication of transmitter with the simulator. The attempts to forego the exotic character during the creation of controller usually are not very successful, that, for example it is possible to observe in FMS, during the use of its native LPT- controller with the versions of simulator for Shindoshs. Reasons to this, sad for our modelers, fact mass, and to discuss them does not here stand. From other side, the large part of the simulators surmises about existence of usual dzhoystika and it makes it possible to use it for control of the wonderful neubivayemoy virtual model. But you did try to fly on the simulator, using cheap dzhoystikom? And do not try, this nevertheless to anything will learn, in the plan/layout of modelling. All this rough entrance to the fact that the idea to insert transmitter into the port of dzhoystika soars in air very long ago. But indeed besides purely model simulators there is another heap of any different interesting toys, where without dzhoystika in no way. You only represent - we buy instead of dzhoystika for 200 rubles transmitter for 200 dollars... Piously place emptily is not, and there is a pair of diagrams in You internete, and firms sell finished devices. Those diagrams, that 4 it met, solve the problem of the connection of transmitter to the port of dzhoystika " into the forehead ": what there in dzhoystike must be? But, variable/alternating resistors! There are no problems, on the market for fully digital potentiometers. We take four pieces, microprocessors in addition and entire OK. it works. Here to you an example of that how simple, it is at first glance, the solution leads to the plain consequences. It is dear. It is complicated in the realization. It is not-pretty, finally. Yes, there is the solution steeper - we take transmitter, receiver, four control actuators and four potentiometers on 220K, the piece of plywood and some melochevku. I hope that further anything it is necessary to explain:). To smile is not also necessary - in you internete there is a completely serious page in regard to this. This entire trep 4 ventured only in order simply to say: BUT 4 IT TRIED TO SOLVE THIS TASK BY ANOTHER METHOD. Minimum of parts. It is cheap. It is angered. It is original. Full-universal. It is easily repeated. There are no trudnodostavayemykh elements. Here and everything.

You may get the translation (like Brant did) using Babelfish translator:
It has troubles with Russial slang like "melochevka", which means "odds and ends". ;-)
The page, you've listed, has little info--all the circuits, etc., are in the ZIP file under "DOKYMEHTAUuR" link (right link at the bottom). Unfortunately, the description is in Russian too, so, you'll have to give Babelfish another try.
