I would just like to mention that I have a Thrustmaster Force feedback steering wheel connected serially (no USB on PC
) and a Sidewinder 3D joystick connected to my SB Live Gameport
Anyway, I found that if I run FMS without having switched the wheel on, the graphics stutter.
It is not necessary to keep the wheel switched on. Once I have started FMS once, the wheel can be turned off until the PC is rebooted, even if I restart FMS at a later stage in the session.
BTW fantastic package! I am running a Celeron 466 with GeFORCE card, 128 Mb RAM and the sim rocks!
