Field force 6 / ripmax sim interface - can you use the ripmax interface with fms?

Hi folks,
I am trying to use the Ripmax interface lead, with my FF6, or SS4, and the right hand stick is responding, so I get aileron and elevator, but nothing for throttle and rudder on the left stick.
I have calibrated the tx in windows, and all the signals are getting there, but no joy in FMS. Am I doing something wrong, or do I need different kit?

Make sure you map all of the channels correctly i.e. 1 to 4 for the first four functions listed in the mapping section of FMS.

Hi Ken, thanks for the advice.
tried that, it's just that FMS only seems to recognise signals from my right hand stick.
it's very odd....
