Problem while installing

I installed and had a disc problem on 3rd floppy.
as I wanted to install again message says i have already fms and should deinstall it first, but there is nothing to deinstall. Who can help

Go to FMS homepage/FAQ then follow instructions under "FMS 2.0 Beta 7 won't install".

I already did that yesterday, cant find any "fms" or "simulator" in the registry.
any idea else?
