Development - Is there any software?

Is there any software i can download for free of the net to create my own FMS aircraft and insert them into the sim so i can fly them, for instance, i have r.c airplanes that are real and i would like to create them to the best of my knowledge to fly them on here and practice! Please relply soon really would like to start building some scale planes!
