In the calibrate dialog of FMS i had to CENTER the controls (after setting max/min values), but that is not possible width a power switch

I'am using a home made atmel avr controler chip (at90s1200) with my own software and a transmiter with only 3 channels PPM (L/R, UP/DOWN, and power switch ON/OFF).
In the calibrate dialog of FMS i had to CENTER the controls (after setting max/min values), but that is not possible width a power switch
Is there a know solution for that problem?
