www.higgy.de models not working - No*.GEO file & only *.X file. How to?

I down loaded some models from
as lazybee.zip and gptr.zip. But they do not work with my FMS (V.2B6). They do not have *.GEO file.

The ZIP file has got a ReadMe file, where it says nothing about how to install, *.PAR file looks much like a normal FMS *.PAR file, A normal wave file, BMP file with graphics and a big *.X file where it has lots of numbers. If I copy this to the modell directory in my FMS, they do come up to loading screen, but do not load in to FMS (I have downloaded some other models from different sites, that they run with no problem)!

Is there any conversion to be done?
