Can't "install" my radio!

I only have some places on the back of my computer where it can fit, one of them is squerd and have to circles inside, the other one only have one, i've tried both of them and i still cant find it in the program, i've tried evrything from com 1 to com 4 in the program. I got a Hitec Eclipse 7 QPCM. thanks for any help at all
