PLEASE HELP!!!! Install Issues!!!

I am getting an error message "Access violation at adress 004A4BCB in module 'fms.exe'. Read of address 00000000." .. also getting error that d3drm is not installed ... Any suggestions????? PLEASE!!!

They are related. See the "Windows Version" section of the Forum.
You will find some answers there. You can also search for "d3drm.dll".
