Airtronics VG 400

I make an interface cable for my airtronics vg400 and wen I conected it in my computer, the cable broke the transmiter. I think the transmiter received a overload of eletric energy. Please, help me to fix the transmiter, I'm desperate, it isn't mine. Any information is welcome!

Has this interface worked before?
Has it worked on other transmitters?
What pins were connected on the transmitter side.

There are multiple interfaces on that page.

I am using the parallel interface without any problems.

I will need some more detailed information and maybe I can help.

I will need to know exactly what pins you used going into the transmitter.

Describe them as if you were looking at the back of the transmitter and locate the square alignment tab.
Now go to the left (Clockwise) and tell me what you had connected to each pin.
