Could someone please tell me where to get Beta 7. There is no link on the downloads page,

It's in the download section at the top (english version).

I notices there are some other sites that carry what looks to be an older version of the real site.

Make sure you go to:

Still can't see it, tried the download link, tried the menu on the left of the page, still not there, the top one is beta 6, any other ideas?

It's there.

Things to check!

Are you on the english screens?
Are you on the official main web site?
You might have to clear out your cache on your web browser, it may be showing you an old picture of the download page.

If all else fails I will download it and e-mail it to you. Can your E-Mail accept a 6.5 meg file? Would you need the smaller set of 5 1.44 meg files?
