Helicopters - Where to begin?

I am just getting into helicopters.
Looking forward to using FMS for training before I even try to fly my new model.

Any suggestions of what helicopters I should train using?

What order (easy, medium, hard, advanced)?
Which one is the most realistic for a 30 sized Helicopter?

I am building a Ergo 30SS CCPM (Schweitzer).

the THREEDEE model is probably the closest to .30 size, easiest is the military one, it's heavier so it seems more stable. DEFINITELY use a tx interface or it will be pretty much useless for you to train using anything else to control the model...
