in Beta 6 the Elsa Revelator worked fine in fullscreen mode, Beta 7 does not! Any solution?

I am using an Asus V7700 Delux. 3D mode with the glasses worked OK in beta 6 but will not work in beta 7.
I think that the problem has something to do with the refresh rate. 3D mode is very restrictive in this regard. Typically only 60 Hz will work. I belive that beta 7 is switching the refresh rate to something odd.
I noticed another post mentionining messed up displays in full screen mode.
the same root problem could be causing both conditions.
Otherwise beta 7 is great. What an ambitious project!
