FMS crashes running VMWare on a mac

I am running Windows XP via VMWare on a Macbook Pro laptop.

I have tried Version 2.0 Alpha 8.5 and Version 2 Beta 7

The program starts but when I try to select a model the Windows OS crashes (blue screen of death).

Has anyone had any luck running FMS on a Mac using Vmware? If so, is there something I need to do in order to get it to work?

Sorry, I can't help, only running WinXP native. Still too scared to try WinVista or Win7 because of software incompatibility issues for many of my legacy programs rattling around on the hard drive. -- ggunners

Thanks, I have an old POS Windows laptop that I don't use and it runs fine on that so I will just use it.
